Connection between strategic thinking and creativity:

Strategic thinking process is helps to take correct decision and mental activitues process which assist to reach the goal.strategic thinking is process of analyzing and evaluate the situation to take better decision.they are not rushing to take decision rather taking time ,and patience to develop great ideas and thoughts to deal with the situation.

creativity:

Creativity refers to rare and unique talent in a particular field of endeavour and it is a process of becoming sensetive of problem , gaps , Identify the difficulty , searching for solution , formulating the hypothesis and testing -retesti-retesting the hypothesis and finally communicating the results. It is a thought process of invention, originality, fluency, and felxiblity.

So it is clear that there is strength bonding between strategic thinking and creativity. Strategic thinking is critical and analysis power for taking decision which is not possible with thinking creatively.on other hand, creativity does not flourshing with out strategic or critical thinking. To formulate any hypothesis of a problems , we need creative judgemental thinking wheather testing this hypothesis ,we need strategic or critical thinking.stratigic thinking comes from learner experience, clear define goal objective wheather creativity must be purposeful and goal directed.creative person become independent judgement, dedicated, introspective, and productive while strategic thinking person is more divergent thinking , critical prospective, having fluency, originality and problem -solving capablity .people can not take proper strategic decision without creativity.
