How do theist beliefs define atheist beliefs? Compare and contrast the two.
Theists are the ones who completely believe in the existence of god and believe that god has been the created as well as will be the ruler of the entire universe without a sense of doubt regarding the same. Atheism says that there is no god or deity or any super power at all in the broadest to the narrowest sense. The atheist completely declines that there is any god present in this universe.
What are the core beliefs of agnostics and atheists?
Where the atheist completely deny of god in any form, agnostic is a person who is not sure of the existence of god. The agnostic doesn’t knoe or even claim if god in any form is existing or not. The difference between the core beliefs of the two is the fact that one of them believes and the other doesn’t know.
Why does the U.S. Constitution dictate a division between the Government and all religions? How does the agnostic philosophy provide a positive counter-balance to religion, if it does?
The US constitution dictates a difference between the government and religion since there has been a long history with discrimination that US had faced and there exist groups that are not only Christian but do also belong to other religions such as the Hindu, the Jew, the gentile etc.
Moreover, agnostic values provide a view that allows a person to reason out such that sufficient grounds on rationality could be explored without getting entangled in the complexities of religious dos and don’ts.
