Thus the control plan change process is to ensure that control plans are updated and revised as per the need so that the will ensure that process / system are controlled as per expectations.
Change Control Plan -a brief outline of how changes will be managed/controlled : The change in the control plan will be managed or controlled in an effective manner as below
· Changes will be reviewed and analyzed before proposing for inclusion in the control plan. These changes will be due to previous learning or new expectations from the system or process. Hence the valid reason for the change proposal need to be reviewed so that we are sure that these changes are going to help to the process/ system.
· Changes will be reviewed in the cross functional meeting so that all the concern function or stakeholder will review the changes and will update their points if any against the proposed changes.
· The changes will be updated in the control plan with updating the revision of the control plan, so that these changes can be tracked with the revision number of the control plan. Then the revised control plan will be implemented at the work place/station and old control plan will be removed from the work station. This will ensure that correct revision control plan is available at the work station for use by the operator.
· Training will be imparted to the operators on the changes in the control plan so that they will learn the changes and will monitor as per new changes.
Thus this is how the changes in the control plan are managed and implemented.
