Weakness

  Our collegues and officials competing to you and they can achieve better standards of performance than you,so the weakness start at this point.Then this will slightly affect overall performance of the organisation,because every employees are assets of an organisation.Due to weakness market perception about firms are downwards,any unpleasant truth will happen,then weakness started at this point.

Oppurtunity is a best way to prove ourself.This is the best time to express our managerial roles.We are ready to take any risk at this time and be confident,Outstanding future readings are waiting for you

Threats

Any market related matters,supply chain problems and difficulty of recruits will leads to threats So management standards and leadeship role are lost at this stage.So the organisation always alarm about this stage.
