SWOT analysis the organisation’s condition of different aspects so for the current and future leadership requirements of a suitable job role.
Leadership is a quality where the followers can follow the leader basically there are three types of leadership:
Autocratic leadership
Demographic leadership
Laissez fair leadership
Management standards are the basic principles where organisations can operate.
