Explain how diversity and inclusion may be addressed at a talent planning and recruitment level?
Diversity and inclusion refers to the process of including a variety of people in your organisation to promote the ethical practice of equality, fairness and working together in a team from different backgrounds which not only improves the development of individual people but also the performance level of the organisation.
Talent planning and recrutiment level is the functional level in which talented people with high skills and capabilities are found and recruited for the organisation and therefore the best candidates out of them are being selected with immense talent that would help for the organisation to further grow.
Diversity and inclusion is addressed in such a manner as if an organisation wants new talent and concepts in its performance, one can only find it by exploring the external environment and recruitment techniques where people from different backgrounds are to be selected which would help the organisation sustain its goal and also promote a healthy diversified environment. By including different people from different backgrounds, one can also employ people with different capabilities and skill set that would promote creativity, innovation and growth not only for the individuals but also for the organisation.
