Summarize and provide examples of corporate crimes that kill many people based on what you learned from the Ralph Nader video, "Why Aren't Corporate Crimes Prosecuted"?
Ralph Nader in his speech addresses the corporate crime that fail to come to the forefront of the justice system. He says that thousands of people die in industries and these deaths do not attract any criminal investigation, besides many more get affected with different diseases due to lack of conducive and safe work environment. Most among them according to him do not have health insurance thus struggle to meet their medical expenses. The worst part of the story is that when an employee dies, most of the companies steal the employees pension fund in a decent way. These crimes do not attract much criminal investigation because the owners of the company are very powerful that they shut all the possible investigative routes by bribing. They are the ones who decide who should win the elections and rule the country thus paying huge money as donations. So, it's not a big surprise that these crimes go unnoticed.
