Honesty and trustfulness of the leader and his moral and ethical status in both his life and his profession are the most important factor for ethical leadership. The ethical leadership is just. They make rational, sensible and compassionate decisions. They trust in them and direct them in achieving essential goals and objectives according to the highest ethical standards.
