Five levels of leadership are as follows:

• Level 1- position;
• Lowest level
• Requires no ability or effort to achieve
• Doesn't result in influence
• People find it difficult to work with volunteers
• Prime level to grow as a potential leader
• Learning through priorities and self discipline
• Level 2- permission-
• It is based on relationship
• It gives leaders permission to lead them
• Leaders become more socialised to know their people
• Therefore you need to learn to like people
• Developing influence with people
• Trust grows which results in growth of respect
• It results in positive environment.
• Level 3- production
• Leaders build influence and credibility
• People follow leaders due to their good track records
• Leaders become changed agents
• Things get done in this level
• Goals achieved
• More productions results in more solving of problems
• Level 4- people development
• Goal is to identify as many leaders as you can by helping them grow.
• It is a level of reproduction
• Leaders need to be intentional to help them grow
• Level 5- pinnacle
• It is the highest level
• Most challenging level
• Requires longevity and intentionality
• Leaders build legacy in their work
• Leaders go beyond their position and their industry.
