If a company does adopt a no-dating policy, and if coworkers become romantically involved, how should a company respond? Assume that your next job is with a company that has no particular policy on dating coworkers. Would you be reluctant to become involved with a coworker or does it make no difference if you meet someone interesting at the office?
If the company adopt no- dating policy, the employees are resp to follow the same. So if somebody violates the rules, company can take actions against the employees. First they can warn the employees about the consequences. Later they can take measures like cutting bonuses etc.
Legally speaking, in most states an employer can enact a policy that prohibits employees from dating one another. Many people meet at work before beginning a romantic relationship. Prohibiting it could decrease morale and could even result in losing employees who wish to date coworkers but cannot. In practical terms, it can be incredibly difficult to enforce, too.
B. If their is no restrictions like no dating policy etc, I will definitely date a girl if I felt attracted. Because it is a human nature. They will feel attracted to other people. Also if they are interested in me, then I can proceed with the same. There is no hamper in the situation. Also if company also have no acquisce then I can start a relationship with the colleague.
