Government play a major role in health care financing by mobilizing the resources through public budget and contribute mechanism, pooling resources allocated to health development, guiding the process of resources allocation and purchasing health services from public providers

The government involvement in health system is not limited within the health system but also by system outside the health care. The government strengthen the health system by improving human resources performance and providing adequate articles needed for improving health.They discuss with main people and give adequate information regarding the working.They routinely visit the health care facility and check the status.

community health status is determined by the environmental characteristics,behavioral characteristics, social cohesion in the environment of that community.

Public health system in India is large.There are many publi jhealt system in India to improve the health of community such as national health mission, national mental health program,ayushman bharat.These are initiated by union ministry of India.There is a 3 level health care system in India that is primary . subcentre,PHC.secondary. CHC. tertiary. district hospital and medical College.These provide adewuade health care to the community .Rural areas are controlled by subcentres and PHC

The group of people who live in a community het same level of service.The prevelence of any disasters or diseases affect them samely.The health care provider give same treatment and services but if thre is any community spread , the control is very difficult.They need adequate knowledge about that.For example covid19 spread in dharavi colony in India is very fast because of their lack of knowledge and improper health facility.The health workers can't control the situation.Many people died because of this.So community has many similarities.
