Human Resources Professionals are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing employees suitable for the right job. HR Professional with in the organization may also handle employee relations, benefits, training and Development and payrolls. Human resources managers have the responsibility to plans, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
Highly skilled employees are always prioritized in an organization and every organization wants to keep attracting, motivating, and keeping qualified employees and match them and place them to the jobs for which they are well-suited. This aim is accomplished by the Human resources managers by directing the administrative functions of human resources departments. . They have to supervise the department's specialists and support staff so that they make sure that the assigned tasks are completed accurately and efficiently on time.
Regarding the organization's strategic planning and talent management issues the Human resources managers also consult with top executives as well . The HR manager keep identifying the ways so as to increase the value of the organization's employees and ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently in the organization.
Responsibilities of HR Professional towards ethical business practices.
Reward ethical behavior: If the organization only prioritize and only thing rewarded is meeting targets, the employees may be incentivize to meet them no matter what it takes. Instead, you must show that being ethical also pays – with emphasis on “show”. To achieve this the HRM unites the low levels of customer complaints and teamwork into the annual appraisals and makes the criteria transparent so that people understand that, in this organization, nice guys (and nice women) really don’t finish last and are motivated for their betterment.

PRODUCTIVITY
Some times the staff within the organizations are likely to suffer from low productivity levels, but they may not even be aware of this fact. Therefore its the responsibility of HR manager to rectify this issue by identifying where it is taking place.
Once the low productivity areas are identified, HR professionals can take major steps to rectify them and that is why HR manager has to be professional in his work. Increased motivation or additional training to the employees may be the only thing required to boost productivity in the organization , but a proper study also reveals areas in which investment or additional recruitment is required.
Employee retention
There’s nothing more worse than spending months (sometimes, years) on training up an employee so as only to watch them leave without so much as a backwards glance and company made a huge amount of expenditure on training which gets waisted if the employees leave.
There are the three things the HR manager need to focus on in order to improve employee retention i.e, remuneration, incentives and culture . Wages should be given fairly, consistent and in line with market expectations and the culture should foster a genuine love of the company.
Tricky employee queries
The HR manager is expected to be highly professional in his field so that he/she can ans the queries of the employees generated during the training period or in real practice. Any issues relating to employment or disputes should be channeled through HR in order to ensure fairness and a swift resolution as it should be remembered that the HR department acts as an interface between the staff and the business itself.
