Answer:- Human service professionals like Psychologist, sociologist, Social workers etc are working for the benefits of human life and try to make better their lives. Like in all over the world there are many human service professionals working for human benefits and this all professionals must know their Ethical responsibilities because to serve better its compulsory to know better them first for whom they want to work and want to solve their problems. If they themselves will aware of there values and understand them properly they will able to deal with there responsibility that better. That's why I think to know values and being self- aware of these values is an essential aspect of understanding our Ethical Responsibilities as a Human Service Professional.

Values and beliefs changes from culture and region and personal values impact when it comes to understanding everyone values without getting partial and making a fair decision in benefits everyone goods. Because its human tendency to apply what they learn entire life from birth till death but in the human services profession its necessary to not allow judgement according to our own value.
