Why is it essential for the leader to model restraint and to avoid being a verbal or physical aggressor?
The leader is one who should lead others and not supposed to delegate work. Thus leader will create followers and their fellow beings should conisder him as a role model. The aggressive way of verbal communication will create a negative vibration among their team members and the entire culture will get influced by the behaviour and way of style of the leader. It is also important to take care of the cultural balance and communication etiquitee which a leader should maintain. The restraint model helps in understanding others and make the team members more involved rather than become silent or hesitant. More creative working environment can be created only through friendly approach and colloborative effort. The over aggression will destroy the harmony between relationship and leader wont be able to create a rapport with their team members. The value generation inside team is more anlysed through how a leader is good at personal management and ibuilding interrelationship that requires patience and understanding nature.
