Think about an aspect of your consumer behavior that you would like to change. For example, you may want to change your spending habits (save more, pay down debt, learn to budget). Or you may want to change your eating habits (eat healthier, eat out less). You may want to become more environmentally conscious with your consumption. These are just some examples; please do not feel limited to these, when picking your topic. I would like you to write a paper that discusses where you are now with the consumption, where you would like to be, when you would like to be there, and what you think it will take for you to reach that goal. When appropriate cite the source of your information in the text of the document, and include the full citation at the end of the document.
I am a big foodie and like tomunch every type of food whatever I get. I keep eating the junk food items almost everyday which includes deep fried items, fastfood items etc. As a result i have grown much fatty and developed some ailments. But now as the world is moving towards healthy eating due to growing concern towards healthy lifestyle, I would like to change my eating habits. I would like to move towards eating a balanced diet which would comprise right proportion of fats,carbohydrates,vitamins and minerals and almost 8 glasses of water.I would include fruits,vegetables and fibers in my diet instead of junk and fried food items.
I would like to start it from tomorrow onwards, First I would start with eating one fruit everyday and then gradually cut down the consumption of junk food items.It would probably take a period of four to five months to cut down the consumption of junk food completely.
In order to accomplish this goal, I need to consult a dietician who would prepare a diet chart for me. I need to develop a strict diet chart which would be followed on a regular basis. In order to follow it strictly, I need to monitor it on a strict basis.
