· Review and evaluate police employee traits, behavior, values and key incident of the year: This evaluation is for reviewing the basic characters and associated incident of the police employee during the year.
· Review and evaluate the performance of police employee against his assigned role and responsibility: This evaluation is for reviewing the core performance of the police employee against the expectations.
· Review and evaluate major achievement of the police employee in the year: This evaluation is for reviewing the major achievement the employee has achieved so that one can review his key skill set and competency demonstrated in his work.
· Review and evaluate the major areas of improvement for the police employee in the year: This evaluation is for reviewing the weakness of the employee so that one can assess the weakness and review action plan for improvement of the employee weaknesses.
