The medical administrator helps in monitoring and ordering equipment and supply needs for patient care. 2. They helps to coordinate and organize daily tasks required for an organization. It includes evaluationof staffing, employee schedules and human resource tasks. 3. record maintanence and information sharing. Medical administrator documents every patient's care carefully and accurately and they kept safe in a hard copy or electronically. 4. They take charge of complaince regarding the laws and regulations in which government health system operates. 5.Medical administrator helps in educating the staff and patients on new policies that are needed to patient effective care. HIPA ACT ( 1996) : It creates national standards to protect individual's medical records and other personal health information. It helps the patient in seeking care and reimbursement for care based on how personal health information may be used.
