The market environment is quite safe for this institution. There is no competition from top government and aided colleges since the there is a clear-cut divide between students studying in regular colleges and non-regular private colleges like Chinmaya. Since Chinmaya schools have a good reputation, there is a considerable amount of goodwill available to the college. Due to its good infrastructural facilities and goodwill, the college is able to have a robust survival.

Human resource function- It comprises of activities such as recruitment of teachers and other staff, their payment related matters, etc.

Marketing- The college resorts to aggressive marketing efforts, especially during the admission time. The activities include advertising through newspapers, poster placing, discounts in donations and so on.

Purchasing- There is a separate department that deals with purchase of stationeries, furnitures, books, and other items required for education.

Operations- Education is given the prime importance. However, co-curricular activities are also encourages. Institution provides best faculties available along with best infrastructural facilities.

Management challenges
