According to social learning theory of bandura, People learn thru searching at others behavior, attitudes, and outcomes of these behaviors. Most human conduct is observed out observationally via modeling: from watching others, one paperwork an idea of the manner new behaviors are performed, and on later events this coded statistics serves as a manual for action. Social gaining knowledge of idea explains human conduct in terms of continuous reciprocal interaction amongst cognitive, behavioral, and environmental influences.
Examples :-
Attention — severa factors boom or decrease the amount of hobby paid. Includes distinctiveness, affective valence, prevalence, complexity, practical value. One’s characteristics (e.g:- Sensory capacities, arousal level, perceptual set, past reinforcement) have an effect on interest.
Retention — remembering what you paid hobby to. Includes symbolic coding, intellectual images, cognitive organization, symbolic rehearsal, motor rehearsal. It reproducing the image. Including bodily capabilities, and self-statement of reproduction.
Motivation — having a good purpose to imitate. Includes motives including beyond i.E. conventional behaviorism, promised imagined incentives and vicarious seeing and recalling the strengthened model.
