According to social learning theory of bandura, People learn thru searching at others behavior, attitudes, and outcomes of these behaviors. Most human conduct is observed out observationally via modeling: from watching others, one paperwork an idea of the manner new behaviors are performed, and on later events this coded statistics serves as a manual for action.
