1) hospitality industry have taken a major fall since covid19 pandemic, in Australia and throughout the World. Tourism is totally stopped and there are major lockdowns with strict control over the travelling and work. No individual is able to travel nearby cities or areas and all the businesses are at pause.

The pandemic affected every industry, along with tourism and hospitality, shrinking the growth and revenues. Organisations and tourist services are at financial breakdown and may encounter losses if necessary steps are not taken.

The industry could take longer to recover from the effects of covid19, and to grow the service sector. It is important to plan the necessary activities, strategies and tactics that can be used once the pandemic comes to an end and try to enhance the tourism by offering various affordable packages, with utmost safety and health precautions to the travellers.
