Technology has always played vital role in changing the dynamics in the hospitality industry. As it happened in the hotel Kuala Lumpur the technology has played vital role in establishment of the status which Kuala Lumpur has achieved, as in the hotel use of technology in increasing the automation in their work field like their cleaning service and automatic door services are really good. In the current scenario as the industry increases its advancement the technology is replacing the human resources which is causing a huge impact on the economy negatively.

Employees are recruited by the process of getting a degree of hospitality management then they had a written test and some are also called by internships in the hotel. After the candidate cleared the written test then called up for the interview then the top scorers get the jobs.
