Hotel is the place where the travelers or residents stay and hotel is the responsible for the receive license to operate the hotel. Hotel has many facilities like food court, meeting hall, stores and swimming pool, and other facilities. Hospital law is established in order to protect both guest and host in case of any injury. It serves in relation to food, travel, accommodation. It controls the hotel and restaurant, spa, meeting, convention, bar.

     Hotel administer is the responsible for the caring the guest and offering best services at the same time, the guest is the responsible for the avoiding any misconduct during the stay. Administrators of hotel ensure that the guest receives care and proper care utmost unless the care violates law.

There are three types of hospitality industry law. 1. They are legislation for the construction and commissioning hotel, restaurant. It comprises foreign exchange management act, industrial policies agencies, land laws and state and central government orders.2. Second one is operation and maintenance and management of organization, food and hygiene standards. It deals with offering and permitting various licenses such as food license, police permissions, dance license, liquor license under the food and drug administration act and shops and establishment act yearly 3. Third deals with rules and regulation regarding taxation, employment and other contract. It has excise tax, service tax, income tax, entertainment tax, expenditure tax, employees related tax such as ESI ACT

1. Prevention food adulteration act; this act is created for the public in order to prevent from the sale of stale food and poisonous foods

2. Food safety and standard act it deals with development, storage, distribution of foods and ensure consume good quality foods

3. Foreign exchange management act : it deals with offenses that related to foreign exchange civil offenses

4. Employees insurance act : it deals with employee medical care, safety, sickness, injury, death, maternity

5. Air pollution act: this deals the any event that causes any air pollution and therefore prevention and control of air pollution

6. Water pollution act: this deals with any event that causes any water pollution. Therefore it prevent hotel to pollute water in any forms.

7. Hotel insurance policy: it include fire and safety, any accident that results from natural causes such as earth quake, flood and other causes liquor

Problems faced by hospitality industry

1. Higher customer expectations: it makes the hotel administrator to provide care according to customer satisfaction. Customer from different economic backgrounds and different countries are a challenge to administrator

                Their employees should be taught regarding fire and safety and checking for the electrical power outlets for any short circuit. Hotel need to check the guest and verification by identity card. I f not checked, the guest may be terrorist and attack any site from there. Hotel is responsible to give for permission.
