In my views, the organization for which I would like to work and for which, I can be the best fit is Airtel. The core values of Airtel are Alive, Inclusive and Respectful. The culture of the organization resonates on the core values and is a workplace that is active and evolving, where inclusion of all employees is important and a place where the employees are valued and respected.

I always wanted to join a company that values its employees as much as it values the customers.

The work culture is evolving and keeps improving. One of my strengths is that I try to evolve my personality and knowledge, as I believe in the mantra that learning is a continuous process.

Airtel has been very stringent with its hiring policy. They have a written skill test, a psychometric test followed by 4 technical interview rounds and 1 HR round.
