The area of interest where i would like to work in health care is to open a laboratory and blood bank facility in hospital area .

1 Strategy : The main strategy would be the comfort for patients with both laboratory tests and blood bank where they can access the blood easily , other strategy would be that this type of expand service would beneficial to built patients and reputation .

2 -cutomers : Here all will be in comfortability to achieve or access and all will be benefitted patients ( customers ) as well as management will have enough fund to raise hospital as well as the service will be provided to customers .

3 - workfroce : some time to manage the emergency cases such things becomes hard for staff as well as for patient to achieve for better health of patient . So by this workforce will increase with liability and accessibility in immediate requirement.

4 - operations : Manager should include all the facility and proceed to operate this idea and achieve the best for patient as well as for the organizational excellence .
