Explain why you chose this not-for-profit organization. What appealed to you? Why is this organization a good candidate for the strategic analysis that you will perform for the final project?
A nonprofit organization is considered as a nonprofit organization if they are having an identity of 501(c)(3) which means that they are exempt from paying tax to the US government. The nonprofit organization is the best thing as it is the best opportunity for someone to donate and do something good for the people of the society. The only motive of nonprofit organizations is to provide social benefits to the people who are in need.
For the project, I'll consider "Feed the children" nonprofit organization as this organization comes under the section of 501(c)(3) and there motive is to provide basic necessities to the children of the USA. They work day and night to do great work for the students to beat hunger and do something good for them in the future too. Every nonprofit organization is good as they all are having a motive to do something good for the people and with clear intentions. The donation, charity, etc are purely appreciated here and every bit of donation is counted as a blessing. "Feed the children" will be the best for the strategy analysis as it operates there business belongings very well and also manages there decision making and try there best to have a peaceful working in their organization.
