We hate human resource because of the following reasons-

A. Human resource employees are mostly incompetent as they have little exposure to real-world situations and very little experience also.

B. Human resource departments are mostly having the interest of Management and the company in the mind and they are not interested in the interest of other stakeholders in the organisations.

C. Human resource employees are mostly dishonest

D. Human resource employees are mostly not impartial and fair so there will always be biased

Human resource cannot do their job properly because they are having a large amount of buyers and they will have to protect the interest of the management and cut their overall cost and they will be doing it on the exploitation of the employees and they will be trying to exploit the interest of other stakeholders as well and they will be engaged in a lot of politics and they are mostly incompetent so they are not doing their job in a perfect manner.
