8. How much knowledge do you have about the cultural expressions
of emotions? How would you use that knowledge?
9. How would you adapt your leadership style to workers
experiencing different emotions?
10. How would you factor the emotions of workers into decisions
that you make?
11. How would you provide opportunities for workers to express
their feelings and emotions?
12. How would you make workers aware of how their emotions and
behaviours affect others and how would you encourage them to manage

Answer(1)- My family is my emotional strangths and also weaknesses.
Answer(2)- When mmy work stops by any reason, it becomes a cause of stress in work life. To stop it, I try to start working as soon.
Answer(3)-Feelings for family in my emotional trigger. So I try to keep my family away from my work.
Answer(4)- I will work hard and try to keep motivating them regarding work.
Answer(5)- Yes, Even, I will ask from myself for feedback. And I will try my best to work on it seriously.
Answer(6)- Basically, self reflection is a mirror which let us know about ourselves and also our work. So it will be helpfull to increase the work strength and work quality.
Answer(7)- Extremely angry- I'll try to know to reason of why he is angry and try to help him to not be angry.
Extremely stressed- try to make him happy or give him a good party to make him stress free.
Extremely upset- will try to know the reason first and try my best to get him rid of from it.
Answer(10)- I will try to make them focused on work that they will stay away from emotional trauma.
Answer(11)- I will give them best options of projects, meetings, ppt's, and arrange best events for them that they can express themselves at best level.
Answer(15)- I will use the strengths of workers to achieve workplace outcome by giving them works according to their ability and possession.
