My views about the psychology of gender have always remained
away from the conventional and typical gender roles which have been
assigned to all of us since the beginning of our lives.
The one theory which I consider important in understanding
about gender is object-relations theory which focuses on
socialization process towards gender development. The relationships
between parent and child is of particular importance.Family has a
major influecnce on how children grow up view gender. And that I
guess impacted me as well,my parents never differentiated between
me and my brother, both were treated equally and given the same kind
of work and freedom to make decisions.
Which ultimately brought us up to respect each others gender
and understand that we both are equal and no one is superior than
the other.Yes,we have physical differences, but we came to
understand through our parents teachings, that be it a boy or
girl, both can do anything and are not confined to traditional
stereotypical roles.
Both my parents are working, and sometimes my dad stayed at home
as well to take care of us,and my mother worked. The way my parents
shared parenting, influenced me as a child and I related myself to
my parents and how they brought me up which ultimately developed my
views about gender, and whatever little stereotypical thinking I had
changed even further when I became an adult and interacting with
people at my workplace who were true feminists.

I had my research paper on how the Federal Reserve being

to an economic collapse...
