describe the process of antigen presentation by MHC-1 and MHC-2
Two types of processing are found:
1) MHC 2 mode of processing: the pathogen from outside is taken by the cell in the by the phagocytosis process. Then the endosome is fused with CLIP on MHC receptor containing vesicle. The CLIP vesicle is synthesised from the ER to Golgi and then it is relased by golgi. The pathogenic peptide attached to the MHC 2 receptor. Then MHC2 receptor with peptide found on membrane.

2) MHC 1 processing:
the pathogen in this case is found in the intracellular flute. Endogenous antigen is digested by the proteasome which leads to formation of peptide. The peptide is then transport to the endoplasmic reticulum via TAP protein. Then this peptide is biund with MHC1 and then goes in golgi body. After that golgi body targets the MHC1 containing peptide to the plasma membrane.
