The statement, 'today's youngsters are the leaders of tomorrow' I is really true. Today, youngsters stand synonym to energy, innovation, courage, responsible and change agents. Countries that has more youngsters will decide the labour market in the future. In terms of social change, it was youngsters who initiated, led and brought change both political and social in most of the countries. They were doing this even when there's no proper communication channels available and now with the help of the social networking media, uniting like minded people becomes very easy. Governments are afraid that they apply lots of restrictions on the communication in the social media.
Youth led organisations take part in issues such as climate change, social equality, employment opportunities etc. They criticize the political and societal flaws in the social media has become a fashion and there are lots of online forum that discuss issues of social and political importance online thus gathering support from people who live in different places and making the issues known to many in the world. Youngsters are selfless because they are not tied upto family and relatives. They make their rational choices and stay together in fighting social and political problems that affect common people. Most of the leaders in the history are youngsters. So, I strongly agree with the statement that youngsters are the real change agents.
