if you were Gordon Melanchuk from Farrah’s Fitness Club, what recommendations would you make to the owner and why? What possible impacts could this have on operations of the club?

Answer : As employee to Farrah's fitness club following recommendations should be given to owner of club :

1) As Fitness club is related to health recreational activities thus, trained and professional staff need to be hire including well trained professional trainers.

2) 3 months, 6 months and 12 months packages should be introduced instead of monthly fees. It will attract potential customers to the fitness club.

3) Professional call representative should be recruited in order to ensure customer relationship management with existing and potential customers.

4) Pricing strategy of penetration should be preferred in order to increase customers base in the area. Which could be replaced by skimming price strategy afterwards once customer base is established with innovative strategies of more recreational activities.

5) Pantry should be there in club and should offer organic meals for customers at reasonable prices in order to have healthy lifestyle.

Above are some recommendations because these may help to make people more aware about fitness club. Pricing strategies will help in creating customer base first and then will help organisation to earn good profits in long term by making customers loyality with effective communication and establishing customer relationship management by taking feedback from customers.
