For evidence based practices five key factors are followed

  1. Ask a question: formulate yes or no questions mostly so that it is easily answerable.
  2. Search: Find out the best evidence
  3. Critically appraise: search for approximate evidences so that it may be useful in practices.
  4. Implement: plan according to patient's needs so that it helps the patient in giving us appropriate evidences
  5. Evaluate: outcomes should be measured to find the effectiveness of practice.
