• · They show better work engagement, they can better handle if any unease that comes with uncertainty. They show behaviours like innovative, creative and customer focused.
• · Organizations with highly motivated workforces report to have a higher levels of customer satisfaction and employee retention

Ex – Motivation is very dynamic behaviour which changes from person to person and with changing environment. A feature which motivates one can be a common occurrence for someone else. The basic fact which no one can deny is we like a feeling that someone appreciates what we do. Talking of a scenario, I would like to say that working in a MNC’s I saw a general behaviour of teams as they seek quality in their work not quantity. The company also takes care of their interest with momentary benefits, special cabs facility and work from home anytime they wish monthly tour packages.
