If the company gives incentive,award to an employees it will enhance the motivation thereby increase the labour productivity. But if the company does not give proper motivation through incentives, awards or other benefits then company will get reduced labour productivity, or less employee interest for learning, or lack of achieving goals which in turn affect the company goals and objectives.
