Ans Diversity in the organization means a company employs individuals with different characteristics like that of different gender, race, religion, education, abilties and race.

Various benefits of diversity are:

1. Better decision making.

It increases creativity in the organization since people with different abilities and skills are working together with each other having different way of thinking, and solving problem thus diverse set of solutions are obtained for a specific problem.

2. Increased profits.

Workplace diversity leads to make faster decisons which gives competative advantage and helps in achieving better business results and increase profits.

3. Global Impact.

Organization hiring employees who speak different languages offers company to work on a global basis and interact with the broader client base.

Thus, on the basis of above mentioned benefits it can be concluded that diversity in organization offers greater benefit to organization than harm.
