External and internal powers are intertwined. The job of company is affected not only by external forces, but also by internal forces. Internal forces such as rivalry, demographic trends, expertise and abilities bring pressure on managerial activities to take business to a global level that exerts external forces or pressure to retain brand identity. External force such as globalization is a mechanism of cooperation and convergence between individuals, companies, and governments of different nations, a mechanism guided by foreign trade and investment, and enabled by IT. This cycle influences the environment, culture, political structures, and economic growth as well as being around the world in communities. Globalization is a social, political, and economic phenomenon that is strongly affected by well organized action. Business expanding internationally means the region's ethics and values accordingly. What is considered right at one location in another area may not be perceived in the same way. And, country by country, ethics and values change. Each organization has its own ethical principles and corporate social responsibility to the community. Significant changes in external factors such as technology result, respectively, in evolving ethics and code. Globalization marks the age of global industrialization, which in turn contributes to technological advancement and this technological transition has a large-scale impact on the climate. The use of chemicals, for example, has greatly revolutionized the industry, but it still affects the environment to the same degree.

Furthermore, work setting privileges and varying values are influenced by the outer forces modifications. I assume the world on a wide scale would definitely be affected by the outside forces, such as globalization, innovation and economy.
