Walmart is the world's largest company in terms of revenue. So Amazon is competing with such a large entity. And Walmart is the top player in the brick and mortar retailing.

Amazon is competing with Walmart with its unique disrupting innovative ideas. Amazon introduced AmazonGo which is a really innovations technique in retailing. Here the customer can purchase goods through self service. Customers don't need to wait in long queues. Payments are done through online application automatically. This made shopping hassle free for busy people.

Next successful strategy of Amazon was Prime membership. Customers can enjoy free delivery, live streaming, enjoy music etc at subscription. Walmart also introduced a membership plan called Sam's club to compete with Amazon.

Another innovative strategy of Amazon was AmazonAir. This is scheme through which Amazon delivers their goods through drones. They promise to deliver goods within 30 minutes. And establishment of this process is under progress.

These are the strategies that putting forward by Amazon to compete with Walmart.
