This is where the expectations of the team come into play and the members collectively decide on the team’ rules. • Focus – The focus for the whole team is towards one goal that is the health and wellness of the patient. Here the team comprises of Doctor, nurse and family member;
• Clear responsibility- Each team member must be aware of what he is expected to do and what all is necessary for achievement of this goal that is health of patient;
• Trust – They must respect each other decision and work harmoniously together;
• Communication – Need of effective communication is must here as for patient treatment, including conflicts resolution;
• Track performance status quarterly or monthly;
• Social values to be given importance while appointing any team member

• To maintain the patient doctor relationship
• To ethically conduct the treatment
• No team member should coordinate anything without knowledge of other member
