You plan to speak with Dr. Sanders about concerns family members have about the care required for a patient than what is ordered for her discharge home. Dr. Sanders has a reputation for being cold, aloof, and sarcastic. You have never spoken directly to her alone before. Discuss with peers how you plan to handle this situation using assertive communication, and explain why you would use your selected approach.
So after discussing with peers and many other members of my family we decided to meet Dr Sanders to ask about health condition of our patient who ordered to discharge. It is necessary to have polite way of communication with Dr and other medical staff and also it is very important to listen carefully first what they will say.
As it is mentioned in question about the nature of Dr that he is very cool, aloof and sarcastic so there is no trouble to deal with him.
It is also very necessary to ask each and every relevant question with Dr about your patient and how should patient treated after once they reached home. Diet plan, medications, treatments further hospital visits everything should be clear by Dr. generally we found that Dr are really polite in nature and not get frustrated by putting many questions which is an advantage to ask as much possible questions to Dr for own patient safety and health and also for own satisfaction.
We should always use polite nature or words while communicating with anyone, specially with medical staff.
