Bullying may be verbal like teasing , taunting , inappropriate sextual comments etc , wheather social bullying is embracing someone in public , gossiping , and unsociable Behaviour.

So some major tips are listed below to beat bullying

1. School should make antibullying policy and aware learner about it by the teacher to deal with this problem.

2.firstly Identify the major sign of bullying among learner and prepare report and consult with praents and principal by teachers.

3.most bullying children have negetive body language .so try to stand straight and eye contact with people.

4.if you don't want to do internally any task then don't pressure yourself .Remember everyone right to say no.

5. Don't repeat same statement more and more time which make bored others.

6. Make phase short and presize .

7. Never show your negetive emotion information of other like your are angyr or in stress.

8.make up funny and reply with cleaver which make them Intelligent and ready to answer.

9.avoide alone and lonliness where you know bullying likely to be.

10.stop thinking like a victim. You are longer time bullying and people looked down upon .now give chance to refrom yourself and forget the past and move on .
