Pt. With case 1 Have a case of Hydronephrosis with Recurrent GenitoUrinary tract Infections.
Hydronephrosis:-
It is swelling of kidney due to build up of urine. It haopens when urine can not drain out from the kidney to the bladder from a obstruction.
Causes :-
Kidney stone
Blood clot
Congenital blockage
Tumor
Urinary Trat Infections
Enlarged prostate.
Clinical features :-
1. Oligourea
2. Hematuria
3 Abdominal pain
4 High blood pressure
Diagnostic Tests:-
1.Cystoscopy:- Where a long tube with a light and camera at the end(Cystoscope) that allows the Doctor to look inside the bladder and urethra.
2. Untrasonography by using sound waves to Create images of kidneys.
3. X rays

Nephrostomy
Extracorporeal Shock wave lithotripsy.
Case 2. The female client is a case of Endometriosis.
It is a disorder in which tissue that normally lines the uterus grows outside the uterus, i.e. ovaries ,fallopian tubes,or intestines.
