ANS: Peter wanted to buy a vitamin supplements to improving the immunity due the following reasons----

because we do not get a proper amount of nutrients or all kinds of nutrients in our daily food So, that certain nutrients are difficult to get ,even with the well -planned diet .In this case supplements can be helpful and are easy to take regularly.

*Vitamin C --The best source of vitamin C are fresh fruits and vegetables ,it acts as antioxidant which helps to fight free radical damage caused by the environment processed food and stress .Vitamin C neutralize these free radicals preventing this inflammation. It is also useful to the treatment against serve acute respiratory disease.

*Vitamin D--This type of vitamin mainly get from the sunshine this is hard to come by the food and sunshine activates the body of peter to make this vitamin .Vitamin D helps to make a healthy immune system and this supplements also protect against respiratory infections.

*Vitamin E--- vitamin E also act as antioxidant that help the body to fight off infection .Almonds, sunflowers seeds are high in vitamin E.

* Vitamin A-- Foods that are high in colourful compounds called carotenoids .The body turns these carotenoids into vitamin A , they have an antioxidant effect to help strengthen the immune system against infection.

*Iron--- It acts as part of hemoglobin to carry oxygen to the different of the body .It is mains sources are - seafood, plus, turkey, spinach ,beans, broccoli.
