Emotions are bound to reflect when we interact with people and especially in organizational setup when people are working for a common goal, they will interact with themselves and which create a space for emotion in their life.In handling virtual team human interaction is limited to use of digital technology only which includes telephone, internet and skype etc.We do not know the members of our team that much personally in virtual team and we only interact with them when we need work related to the organization. Negative emotions arises in handling such team because of our lack of one-to one physical connection with them. When as a team leader, I got to know that any member in my team is not working properly or not performing well, I will perceive as that person is lazy or not want to do work in that way. This kind of negative emotion will arise in my mind.We recognise negative emotion by seeing the face of the person and through communication with them.

2-When we communicate with people apart from what we are communicating we get to know the unspoken words and matter of the person. In handling virtual team it is necessity to have mirroring emotions because by this we can know exactly in which emotional mindset members of my team individually going on.I will give a notice to this and talk to my team members if any emotional problem that person is going on.
