1. Research proposal is first document given out for approval for research project. A typical research proposal contains: introduction for the topic, title of the topic, abstract, literature review, research design and methodology, discussion for the topic and most importantly the budget.

2. Topic: "Does having a degree in HR from a reputed institution improves the efficiency of HR department in business."

- Introduction: The features of a HR manager and the colleges providing degree in HR will be given.

- Research design and methodology: Research will be primary in nature. Small interviews from the existing HR managers and the managers of the big companies will be conducted.

- Discussion: The findings showed that a high degree and successful HR personnel do not have a relation between two.

- Budget: This section will show the cost of the interviews which will be incurred by the research committee.
