Drawing of any project is very important as it will give many assumptions and estimations regarding the structure and the project. Often the project managers, developers and the contractors have meetings regarding the drawings of the project. The major points which are being discussed regarding the drawing of the project is it's dimension, scale and aesthetic views of the drawing. The cost estimation is also assumed by the drawing itself as the amount of material used and the construction area would also be calculated. The contractors would always request from the developers that the design of the project should be least complex or we can say it should be as simple as possible while the project manager would demand for a quality drawing so it's on the developer to make such a drawing by which both may be satisfied and it would be regarded as a quality work.

There are many issues also while dealing with the project drawings in the construction field. One of the major issue is that in many cases the drawing is not being completed due to the casualties and mistakes done by the developers. Below are listed some more problems other than the one discussed regarding common problems in project drawing :

• Many of the plans are not being well coordinated. Change of orders may usually occur which may cause problems to the contractor while obtaining or implementing any dimension.
• The drawing may lack detailing. Details need to be provided for each and every small thing regarding the dimension, quantity and the materials used in the project.
• PCR provider may review the wrong set. It will reduce the accuracy and reliability of the PCR.
