Matthias Muller, worked as the chief executive officer in Volkswagen, the German based company from September 25 2015 to April 12 2018. VW is going to expel Matthias Muller as the news came he is engaged in diesel emission scandals which costs the company of billions of dollars. This scandal lead to imprisonment of two executives as well as gave the fear of ruining the German carmaker's reputation.

Assuming that Herbert Diess will take over the position as the VW CEO. The decision has been taken to change the leadership style of the company. It couldn't be doubted that Muller leadership quality is no less than others as he is having an attractive career.

Mark Elliot Zuckerberg is the co-founder and CEO of Facebook which was launched on 4th February 2004. He launched Facebook while studying at Harvard University. Mark did a couple rounds of his face-off with Congress. There he indicated several ideas which he didn't even released worldwide as well as some quality which helps him distinguish from other coporate leaders.

Some of the qualities are :

Despite being a successful entrepreneur, he donot rest at all. He always thinks about the new ideas and do experiments.

Unlike other entrepreneurs, Mark doesnot take rest, eat or sleep until and unless he completes the incomplete work.

Mark constantly encourages employees to give their cent percent to the company and sometimes more. He interacts with his employees and keeps no boundaries.

He builds a relationship with the employees by giving them the opportunities to suggest ideas for the development of Facebook. He behaves friendly with the employees by taking and throwing challenges to the employees and tries not to control them which way they can give their best to him always.
