United States Health care system is intself is a unique and multispecialized sector. But there is no uniformity in the facilities provided to the patients.A major drawback in the health care sector in United States is that people are not covered under any kid of medical insurance due to the costly nature of the health care units.People are not able to afford the medical coverage and hence they are not able to buy health insurance. The citizens of America are not getting what actually they pay for the medical facility as United States is among the costliest countries when talked about the health care.According to a report nearly 32.9 million people in America were not covered by any medical insurance in the year 2014.This shows that there is a high income inequality which result in lacking in the facilities of the health care sector.Beside these fact USA has a cutting edge technology in the health care sector. The hospitals are multiequiped and provide a high quality facilities and the patients are satisfied by the services delivered by the health care sector.USA plays a lead role in the field of biomedical research. This is the current secenario in the health care sector in United States.

Some recent changes in the legislation had taken place in USA and had an influence on the health care system. The latest changes are that it is now considered that the people who have some kind of pre existing disease may not be supported financially. This will have a high impact upon the patients as the cost of treatment in America is very high and if some body gets ill then they have to face a lot of problem. Therefore the people opt for medical insurance but with the changes in the reform the people of America have to suffer in either ways:physically and financially.

Another recent change is that the government will cut its spending in the healthcare sector.Earlier it was like covering the medical situations like preagnancy were taken up by the government for the people who were poor and were below federal line. But the government has planned to cut it off. This will also effect the people of the poor sections of the society and will emerge as a problem for them.

The people of the poor income group has to pay more money for insurance cover what they were giving earlier. The goverment has tried to reduce the price of the insurance but it will only benefit to some particular sector of people and not the poor ones.

Also the list of the disease covered in the medical insurance is going to be shortned which will also affect the people.

All these reforms are going to be hard on the pocket of the patients and there families but it will aid government to spend less. These reforms will also lessen the burden of the insurance companies and the administration as these reforms are not hampering them. They have a better time for them as the administrator within the health care sector as all thee reforrms are in favour of the health care sector.

The current emerging trends in the health care sector is using an innovative techniques for the health care sector. As the new diseases are emerging by the passing time therefore it is necessary to have a transformation in the medical field also. The latest emerging trend is adapting a preventive care management instead of having a reactive care. This will help the healthcare sector to have a wide space for working and the patient will be having a secured future. This will also help in the risk management on the part of the health care sector.

The hospitals are now focussing upon the personalized care of its patients which will help the patient to have a good experience and the hospitals will have a profit earning as satisfied patient will recommend other patients too.
