The US Health care system is going through a challenging situation,which needs a urgent change.According to the health care administrator, the health care system is focusing on how the tecnology can be used in a maximum way so that the work load becomes less and how to interconnect the health care services and technology together to provide cost effective care.The aim is to utilise the technology efficiently while provinding care to the patient ,but due to the cummbersome situation to provide simultaneously quality care and use of technology somewhere there is a lag that the health care providers do not get the payment support or other tools they need to communicate to work together effectively and provide a quality care.The cost of the care being provided are increasing day by day due the introduction of the gadgets and the new legislation system in heath care industry.Basic,aim is to establish a e-health system,to provide a quality care and cost effective care.

Accorind to the patient, they are getting care based on the insurance plan they have.This has made a large gap in the quality of care provided to the patient even with those also who is having a insurance plan .Health care sector are focussing on the chronic diseases and not on the preventive aspect and acute diseaes which causes many patient do not get necessary care and many get unnecessary care that makes the patients out off pocket due to the investigations and procedures. Recent legislation changes have brought the people in stress that they can'ot afford for there illness.There are no funds to reduce the number of americans without insurance coverage.During the Obamacare and congress period ,there were initiatives that every individual should be under insurance coverage,presently the senario has changed ,insurance covergare policies are changed ,older people has to pay triple times the younger people.The US spends more money on the health care sector as compared to the other nations,then also the people are not getting the qaulity care which is cost effective.The main affected group is the lower income americans.

Reforming health care system to improve the quality of care to have a control over the escalating costs,poor qualityand the low income /uninsured americans is necessary.There must be access to the right care to the right people at right time.In contrast to the current system which encouarges investigations, procedures which are unnecessary,thoughtfuuly made changes will provide support and greater access to health improving and efficient care.

The current trends emerging in health care are technological advancements which include wearable tracking devices,patient centered care, increasing data deman ,data security,analytical tools and digital medicine,bonding with the medical insurance providers,the use of clinical trials and researches using thes trends from the perspective of health administrator it will be easier way to diagnose a disease ,its treatment and investigations ,will help in provding quality care( by maintaing the data related to patient care ) in low cost as clinical trial all provide medicine free of cost to rule out the usage of a particular medicine in a disease.
