Performance management and premium systems are both key levers for motivating and driving individual and group performance, leading to overall organisation's performance, productivity and growth. Leistung and compensation schemes are also 'cultural' in that they give an understanding of how a organization handles its workers' success (or non-performance), and the degree to which they are inclined to discern and reward this. Over the years there have been a lot of debate about how we identify and compensate workers, which often lead to employee success and motivation.
