There are two levels of organizational control:

• Strategic control-it is the level of control where it is make sure that organizational strategies are properly implemented and detecting any problem areas where strategies need to be adjusted. it ensures that organization is moving ahead in the right direction.stratgeic control also helps the organization to move through unforeseen events such as economic boom or recession, internal or external environmental situations from the time of implementation till getting desired results. thus it gives direction to the organization
• Operational control-this level is concerned with executing the strategy. Here the framework is established by the strategy. It measures return on investment, net profit, cost, and product quality. This level of control gives direction to strategic control when they propose corrective actions to changes in the strategy. This level of control helps minimize costs and work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
